• Matching brands with creators
• Coordinating UGC campaigns and content production
• Managing briefs, deliveries, revisions, and communication flows

4. Account Creation and Security

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information, keep account security under control, and not share accounts with third parties.

The company reserves the right to suspend, delete, or restrict accounts containing fake, misleading, or suspicious information.

5. Creator Obligations

• Ensure that all shared information and content is accurate and lawful
• Respect copyright, trademark, and personality rights
• Do not create misleading, unlawful, or hidden-advertising content
• Follow the collaboration terms and applicable disclosure rules

6. Brand Obligations

• Provide accurate and current company/contact details
• Share collaboration terms clearly and honestly
• Fulfill payments and other commitments on time
• Avoid misleading or unverified claims

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using fake or third-party information
• Unauthorized account access
• Spam, bots, malware, or malicious tools
• Content involving hate speech, violence, or rights violations

8. Intellectual Property

Rights to the platform’s design, software, database structure, and branding belong to the company.

Unless otherwise agreed, the intellectual property rights of uploaded content belong to the creator.

9. Product Experience and Liability Regime

Some collaborations may include payment, barter, gift products, or samples.

The company is not a seller, manufacturer, importer, or safety authority; product responsibility belongs to the relevant brand.

10. Advertising, Promotion, and Disclosure

Sponsored or promotional content must include clear disclosures that comply with applicable rules.

Hidden advertising, misleading health claims, or unlawful promotion is not allowed.

11. Limitation of Liability

The company acts as a facilitator and coordinator; it is not directly responsible for private commercial agreements or product-based claims.

Liability for technical issues, access problems, and indirect damages is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
